Observes the gaming floor for suspicious activities, and reports that information to management and casino personnel as appropriate.Coordinates with other departments to ensure that all casino licensees adhere to established regulations.Records all complaints and written reports into the Lottery’s automated case management system.Receives casino patron complaints and reports it to management.
